Joslyn has been an angel when it comes to teething in the past. A tooth would pop up and we wouldn't even know it. However, the molars have been a different story. For about 1 week she was on edge...like, "don't cross me or I will fire!" I gave her Tylenol during this time but that didn't even seem to help. The two things that did comfort her was sucking on her stuffed animal and getting extra sleep. One day during her nap, she woke crying hysterically, which got her brother upset. I went in to comfort her but that only made her more mad (and I was shocked at the response). She was kicking and squirming so I put her on the ground to calm down. In the meantime I picked up Jakob to calm him, which worked quickly. Joslyn was next to me on the floor throwing a temper tantrum. I tried to calm her down in other ways but she shifted her body all the way under her crib, where she finally calmed down and finished off her nap...for an additional 2 hours.

I was so worried about her that I kept checking under the bed every 10 minutes. After her nap she was a lot better but it was still a few more days of teething before she got back to her normal self. I really fear the teenage years with that fiery attitude!

Poor little girl. She's mastered the art of drama queen though. Good for her!
